(Omaha, NE) -- A 14 year old is arrested in connection to Monday shooting.
Omaha Police say the shooting was reported just before 7:30 Monday night near 72nd and Country Club Road, just south of State Street. Police say 28 year old Mr (pronounced Mister) Parker was taken to Nebraska Medicine in extremely critical condition, where he was pronounced dead.
OPD says officers located a suspect, a 14 year old boy, near 78th and Weber Street. The boy has been booked at the Douglas County Youth Center for manslaughter and use of a gun to commit a felony.
