(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A Cedar Rapids man accused of murder is found incompetent to stand trial.
A court has ruled that 62 year-old Arthur Flowers will be required to receive a full evaluation and enter a treatment plan at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center. Flowers is accused of killing 22 year-old Emily Leonard in April of this year.
His status will be re-evaluated in November.
