Ottumwa Woman Charged With Having Drugs Near Elementary School

(Ottumwa, IA) -- An Ottumwa woman is accused of having drugs near an elementary school. Police say 46-year-old Mindy Cordray was arrested Monday and charged with possession with intent to deliver meth, marijuana, and Schedule II and IV controlled substances. Police say she had the drugs within 1000 feet of an elementary school. She's being held on $30,300 bond.
