Things to know before you attend: To ensure your time at the drive-thru flu immunization clinic runs smoothly and efficiently, The VNA asks those attending to complete the following three items before their visit.

  • Complete a consent form via VNA’s website. Print the completed form and bring it with you to the clinic along with your insurance card, if applicable. Forms will also be available at the site.
  • Wear a shirt that provides easy access to your shoulder area so VNA nurses can administer the immunization quickly and easily.

Last year, VNA immunized over 10,500 people against the flu. All proceeds from the annual flu shot clinics are reinvested into VNA’s Community Care services. In 2021, VNA supported 2,026 Community Care patients through shelter nursing, childbirth education and community events.
