(Des Moines, IA) -- Despite ongoing inflation, Iowa’s fertilizer sales are on the rise from a year ago. Sales were up nearly 14% in 2022 compared to 2021.
According to a study from Iowa State University, fertilizer prices are two to four times more expensive than in 2020.
Fertilizer sales in 2022 are the highest they’ve been in Iowa since before 2014.
