(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A man is hospitalized after a Sunday afternoon shooting in Cedar Rapids.
Cedar Rapids Police say officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 2200 block of C Street SW around 4pm Sunday. Police say officers found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest at the scene and performed life-saving measures. The victim was taken to an area hospital in critical but stable condition. So far, no suspects have been identified.
