(Council Bluffs, IA) -- A Council Bluffs man wins $50,000 after matching four of five white balls and the Powerball in the October 5th drawing.
Steve Bartlett was one number away from winning that night's $354.4 million jackpot. He bought his ticket at Kwik Shop, 1749 Broadway in Council Bluffs.
Bartlett claimed his prize at the Iowa Lottery headquarters in Clive Thursday.
