(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is awarding grant funds to Linn County Conservation.
The funds will go toward planting trees in Morgan Creek park and are specifically earmarked for Emerald Ash Borer Reforestation and Derecho Recovery. Volunteers to assist in tree planting are welcome. The Iowa DNR will tree plantings through the end of this month.
