The Fire Department says an abandoned building fire in south Omaha remains under investigation this morning.
When firefighters arrived at 32nd and T Streets Monday evening, they saw smoke coming from the large, brick gymnasium of an abandoned and vacant "St. Anthony's School".
The fire was located and quickly extinguished.
No injuries reported;
Investigators say the property owner arrived to take control of the building.
Late Monday afternoon, firefighters quickly put out a kitchen fire in a house near 158th Circle and Elm Street.
No injuries reported in that fire that has been ruled accidental in nature.
