(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The trial of the Cedar Rapids man accused of killing his parents will start next year.
The jury trial for Ethan Orton will begin on February 28th. He is accused of killing his parents inside their home in Cedar Rapids on October 14th of last year. Police say when officers responded to the scene, Orton was covered in blood and admitted to killing his parents.
He was immediately taken into custody and has remained behind bars, pending his trial.
