(Johnston, IA) -- The City of Johnston Parks Department is installing the Johnston Town Center's synthetic ice rink today, ahead of its second season.
Opening date is scheduled for Saturday, November 19th at 10am. Skaters will be able to rent skates for $5 on site from noon to 8pm Saturdays and Sunday, then starting in December, skates will be available to rent Friday nights from 5pm-8pm.
