(Ankeny, IA) -- A snow ordinance is in effect in Ankeny until tomorrow evening.
The city says the ordinance will remain in effect until 6pm Wednesday. Under the ordinance:
- Parking is prohibited on all public streets and alleys
- Parking is prohibited at The District at Prairie Trail and Uptown Ankeny from 2am-6am
- Vehicles parked in violation of the snow ordinance will receive a $40 ticket and could be towed
