(Iowa City, IA) -- Iowa City Police are looking for a large red sleigh, taken from the Ped Mall. It disappeared last Friday night or early Saturday morning. The sleigh is part of an annual holiday display. The Iowa City Downtown District and police are asking those responsible to bring it back.
Investigators say sometime between 11:56 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18 and 1:15 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, a group of Grinches stole the sleigh.
Members of the community are also asked to keep an eye out for the sleigh. If spotted, please contact the Iowa City Police Department at 319-356-5276.
