(Lincoln, NE) -- A Lincoln man is arrested after a woman finds a cell phone planted in her bathroom.
Lincoln Police say around 5:30 Sunday night, officers were called to a home near 21st and Park Avenue for a disturbance. Police say officers spoke with the victim, a 22 year old woman, who reported finding an iPhone hidden on a shelf in her bathroom, recording her in the shower.
Investigators say the victim retrieved the phone, found it was actively recording, and contained previous recordings of her in the bathroom. Police say the phone belongs to a roommate, 24 year old Austin Giles. Police say Giles gave consent to search his phone and officers found approximately 18 similar videos, dating back to August of this year.
LPD says Giles was booked into Lancaster County Jail on Unlawful Intrusion charges.
