(Davenport, IA) -- A man in Davenport is being charged after getting involved in an altercation with a group of teenagers and hitting one of them with his car.
Police say a fight broke out outside of Adams Elementary School where 39-year-old Levi Vincent-Freund drove the wrong way over the curb and hit a 14-year-old boy with his car.
The boy and another teen were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Vincent-Freund was charged with assault with a weapon.
