(Ottumwa, IA) -- The Iowa Department of Corrections says an inmate is missing from the Ottumwa Residential Facility.
23-year-old Owen Ray Spicer, convicted of several charges including 2nd degree robbery, failed to report after a work release Tuesday. The department says Spicer is 5'11" and weighs around 194 pounds.
Anyone with information on the man pictured is asked to contact local authorities.
