Nebraska Governor-elect Jim Pillen says Tom Riley will continue to serve as the Director of the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources and will be a critical leader in the effort to move the Southwest Nebraska Perkins County Canal Project forward.
Riley has served as the Director of that department since 2020.
Riley has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
