Campus police at the University of Nebraska Omaha are investigating after a threatening note was found Saturday on the door of the St. John Paul II Newman Center, a Catholic student center and housing facility. The Archdiocese of Omaha said the author of the note claimed to represent a group called Jane's Revenge, described as an extremist abortion rights group.

Omaha Police and the Douglas County Sheriff's Office are also involved in the investigation. The Newman Center and the UNO campus are still operating normally, but with increased security, according to a statement from the school.
