(Decatur Co., IA) -- The Iowa Department of Public Safety identifies the body found near a burnt vehicle in Decatur County.
69-year-old Michael Moulds was found dead in a field 4 miles east of Leon, Iowa, on November 26th, 2022. A joint investigation by the Decatur County Sheriff's Office, Iowa State Patrol, and Division of Criminal Investigation revealed Moulds' vehicle became stuck in a field and caught fire.
No foul play is suspected at this time. The department is waiting on toxicology reports to finish the final autopsy.
