440 million dollars in bonds for Omaha's streetcar project and a proposed "Housing Affordability Action Plan" headline Tuesday's Omaha City Council meeting.
Public hearings on the two items combined for more than 5 hours of comments at last week's meeting.
The council has until the end of the year to approve an affordable housing plan mandated by a 2020 bill passed by the Nebraska Legislature.
The plan is up for a public hearing tomorrow, followed by a vote.
The bonds for the streetcar project will be up for a vote.
