(Des Moines, IA) -- The Des Moines Police Department issued a Material Witness warrant for a man they believe has "critical information" connected to the homicide of 51-year-old Natasha Williams.
Officers are asking for the public's help in locating 54-year-old Scott L. Lowery.
In a social media post, they said...
Lowery stands approximately 5'10 tall and weighs approximately 190 lbs.
Lowery is believed to be driving a blue-colored 2006 Jeep Commander with Iowa plates: MNP 490.

Williams was found in a home on East Glenwood Drive when police responded to a welfare check Monday morning.
Her death marks the city's 18th homicide of 2022.
