(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A Cedar Rapids man is back home after being injured in a Tuesday evening fire.
Investigators say the fire happened in the 500 block of East Post Road. Witnesses say smoke and flames were seen coming from a basement window. One person was hospitalized with minor injuries but has since been released. The cause of the fire has not been determined.
