(Davenport, IA) -- One person is dead and another is hospitalized after a weekend fire in Davenport.
Crews responded to the fire Friday where they found two people on the third floor.
Both were taken to the hospital where one person died and the other remains in critical condition.
A third person was rescued from the second-floor balcony with no injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
