(Council Bluffs, IA) -- A man is dead after a garage in Council Bluffs explodes.
Council Bluffs Police say just before noon on Tuesday, officers and the Council Bluff Fire Department were called to the area of 35th Street and Avenue G for an explosion. Police say once on the scene, one person was found dead. There continues to be some road restrictions in the area as the investigation continues, but the scene has been secured by the Fire Department and Black Hills Energy.
The name of the person killed in not known at this time and no other details have been released.
