Missing Lincoln Inmate Back In Custody

The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services says an inmate missing from the Community Corrections Center - Lincoln has been arrested in Council Bluffs.

Corrections says Keith Duckett was taken into custody last evening and is being held in the Pottawattamie County Jail.

He disappeared last month when he failed to return to the Lincoln facility from his job in the community.

Duckett’s sentence started on April 19th, 2021; four to 10 years on charges out of Douglas County that included third degree domestic assault, theft, and possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person;

He has a tentative release date of November 21st, 2025 and was previously scheduled to have a parole hearing in February.
