Iowa Department of Natural Resources Asks For Help Tracking Gray Foxes

(Undated) -- The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is asking for help tracking gray foxes due to their population decline.

The DNR Is offering $400 for trappers to catch gray foxes and contact the DNR so they can put tracking collars on the animals and release them.

The DNR says this will help determine if predators, disease, change in habitat, or other reasons are causing the gray fox to disappear.
