Law Enforcement Searches For Omaha Inmate

The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services says an inmate is missing from the Community Corrections Center – Omaha.

Corrections was notified by an electronic monitoring company that 25-year old Troy Hollins had tampered with his electronic monitor Sunday evening.

They say the electronic monitor was removed near the center.

Hollins started his sentence on December 22nd, 2015.

He was sentenced to 15 to 20 years for attempted robbery out of Douglas County.

He has a parole hearing scheduled this June and a tentative release date of March 19th, 2026.

Anyone with knowledge is asked to contact local law enforcement or the Nebraska State Patrol.
