(Des Moines, IA) -- Three Des Moines Police officers are being cleared in the shooting of a teenager.
The Iowa Attorney General’s Office says the officers acted with legal justification in last month's fatal shooting of a 16-year-old boy.
The attorney general's office says the teen, armed with a gun, refused to comply with the officers’ requests to put down the weapon--that they were forced to act, protecting themselves and those around them.
