(Moline, IL) -- The Moline Fire Department is investigating an early morning fire on North Shore Drive. The fire broke out around 5 AM Friday.
Emergency crews say the fire appeared to be in an area outside of the house and a car in the driveway seemed to be completely destroyed by the fire.
A MetroLINK bus was at the scene, likely as a warming center for the residents impacted by the fire.
The windchill in Moline was about 15 below zero at the time of the fire.
The fire remains under investigation.
