(Marengo, IA) -- C6-Zero is in court today nearly two months after an explosion and fire that injured 15 people at the Marengo plant.
Attorneys representing Iowa will ask the judge to force C6-Zero to let state inspectors inside the plant.
The Iowa Department of Natural resources wants to know the best way to treat contaminated water before it gets into the Iowa River or backflows into Marengo.
