(Moline, IL) -- The City of Moline is rolling out a program to help small business owners and new entrepreneurs get started with financial assistance.
The Business Owner Occupied Stabilization Transformation, or B.O.O.S.T, will use $1.1 million in funds from the American Rescue Plan Act to support growth.
The program was introduced yesterday at a meeting at the Western Illinois University Quad Cities Campus.
