(Omaha, NE) -- The Douglas County Jail is looking to hire dozens of correctional officers.
The Douglas County Corrections Department is offering a starting wage of $30/hour, with full benefits including insurance, tuition reimbursement, a pension, and vacation and sick time. Douglas County Corrections currently has 406 correctional officers, but needs roughly 450 guards.
