Iowa Republicans Consider Reinstating Death Penalty In Certain Cases

(Des Moines, IA) -- Iowa lawmakers are considering a bill that would reinstate the death penalty in cases where a minor is killed after being kidnapped and sexually abused.

The bill was advanced by Senate Republicans yesterday.
