(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Police identify the man killed in a west Omaha car crash on Sunday.
Police say around 10:15 Sunday night, officers were called to 150th & Pacific streets for a single vehicle accident. OPD says the investigation indicated that a Toyota Corolla was westbound on Pacific street, lost control, bounced off the north curb, then over the center median and finally went off road over the south curb, hitting a tree. The driver and single occupant, 38 year old Andrew Heathershaw, was declared dead at the scene.
Lack of seat belt and alcohol are being investigated as factors in the crash.
