(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Cedar Rapids Police are confirming that a 16 year-old boy was killed in a shooting Saturday.
Police say the shooting happened a little before noon on Saturday at the Tan Tara Apartments located in the 1600 block of F Avenue NW. Police say when officers arrived, they found the teenager wounded at the scene. The teen would later die of his injuries. So far no suspects have been identified and no arrests have been made.
