(Falls City, NE) -- A southeast Nebraska man is behind bars, accused of child exploitation.
The Nebraska State Patrol says their Tech Crimes Unit has arrested 36 year old Matthew Timothy, of Falls City, after a child exploitation investigation.
The NSP says in July 2022, they received information regarding a child exploitation incident. Timothy was arrested by NSP Monday morning for possession and distribution of child pornography. Timothy is being held in the Richardson County Jail.
No other details have been provided at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.
