(Council Bluffs, IA) -- A Council Bluffs woman reported missing two weeks ago is found dead.
The Council Bluffs Police Department says the body of 60 year old Ilene Gowens was found by Pottawattamie County Sheriff's deputies outside of the Council Bluffs city limits on Sunday, Februray 26th. Gowens had been reported missing on February 14th. Investigators say her death is considered suspicious.
Council Bluffs Police say anyone with information on Ilene's whereabouts after February 13th is asked to contact them.
