After moving to different dates mainly because of Covid-19, the annual summer concert at Omaha's Memorial Park is back to its more traditional date.
It's scheduled to take place this year on Friday, June 30th.
This is back to the usual date of the Friday before the Fourth of July, a traditional lead in to Independence Day.
Last year’s event featured national opener Dave Mason and headliner Sheryl Crow.
This year’s talent has not been revealed, but organizers expect to make that announcement by the end of April.
As usual, the evening will culminate with a large fireworks show.
