(Ankeny, IA) -- The Ankeny School District is now accepting bids for the Ankeny Stadium renovation project. Monday night the school board approved the beginning of stage three of the project, which sets a deadline of April 20th for construction bids to be received. The school district wants construction to begin in July and finish before August 2024. When the stadium is done it will include a two-story building with meeting rooms and outdoor patios that overlook the stadium on the upper floor. The lower floor will have team rooms, showers, restrooms, referee facilities, and training room access. There will also be additional parking.
