(Undated) -- The ten finalists for this years' Iowa's Best Burger contest are released.
Five of the finalists are new qualifiers, including restaurants in Ankeny, Spirit Lake, Huxley, Springbrook, and Central City.

The best burger will be chosen by a panel of judges based on taste, appearance, and proper doneness.
The winner will be announced on May 1st by the Iowa Beef Council, at the beginning of May Beef Month.
