(Story County, IA) -- A man from Des Moines is dead after a single-vehicle accident in Shedahl Tuesday.
The Story County Sheriff’s Office says the 43-year-old drove into a ditch, through the corner of a garage, and struck a tree and storage shed before ending up in a ditch.
Investigators believe the man suffered a medical emergency behind the wheel.
