Governor Jim Pillen says, in accordance with a request from the White House, all U.S. and Nebraska flags are to be flown at half-staff immediately to honor the victims of the deadly shooting this week at a school in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Flags in Nebraska, Iowa, and across the country are to be flown at half-staff until sunset on Friday.
