(Davenport, IA) -- Phase II of the E 53rd Street Reconstruction and Improvement project is underway in Davenport.
Work on the project resumed Monday, March 27 as part of a multi-phase project that will last into the fall season. Construction work will limit travel to a single lane in either direction between Eastern Avenue and Jersey Ridge Road.
