That's according to WalletHub, which ranked all 50 states and the District of Columbia based on 17 key metrics of financial literacy. Nebraska's best category is financial planning and habits, ranking 3rd. Iowa ranks 6th overall. WalletHub says the least financially literate state is Arkansas.
