(Des Moines, IA) -- A Story County man is killed in a crash where an Ankeny man was reportedly leading police on a car chase on Wednesday night. .
According to an ISP crash report, 51-year-old Duane Sievert was in the wrong place at the wrong time, driving along Highway 210 between Maxwell and Cambridge around 9:40 p.m. on Weds.
The report says another driver, 30-year-old Micah Denman, of Ankeny slammed into the rear bumper of Sievert's car, killing him.
Iowa State Patrol troopers did not immediately indicate any charges were filed, but the crash investigation is still ongoing.
