(Plattsmouth, NE) -- Dozens of students at Plattsmouth High School organize a walk out on Wednesday due to book bans.
Students say multiple books dealing with things like LGBTQ issues and racism have been pulled from their library. A committee is reportedly reviewing the books to see if they can be placed back on shelves. Student organizers of the walkout say schools should say what books they can and cannot read, and that that decision should be up to the parents.
