(Douglas Co., NE) -- The man accused of killing Creighton Director of Baseball Operations Chris Gradoville is again ruled incompetent to stand trial. That was the ruling from a Douglas County judge today. Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine says if Ladell Thornton will never be competent then the case needs to be reevaluated. Thornton's accused of killing Gradoville near 61st and Pratt in September 2021. His next hearing is May 31st.
