(Omaha, NE) -- A man from York is charged with terroristic threats after being accused of threatening to go to Children's Hospital with a rifle. Police say 25-year-old Tyler Yates was arrested Monday afternoon after texting his wife pictures of a gun, saying he was taking it to the hospital. Police say they found Yates in his car with a gun in the hospital parking lot. They say he told them he was suicidal and was arrested without any issues.
