(Viola, IA) -- A Linn County man is arrested after crashing into a sheriff's vehicle while reportedly intoxicated.
A Dubuque County Sheriff's Office Deputy was on a traffic stop when 21-year-old Jeffrey Ingles of Viola struck the patrol car while driving in the right lane.
Police say the driver of the stopped vehicle was in the sheriff's deputy's car when it was hit and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Ingles was arrested and faces multiple charges including Operating While Intoxicated.
