(Omaha, NE) -- The Nebraska Humane Society is asking for the community's support in getting supplies as the Spring kitten season gets underway.
NHS says every year around this time, the shelter becomes inundated with kitties who need lots of care. The Humane Society says they need the public's help to stock up the necessary supplies for kitties at the shelter and in foster care. To help raise funds, they'll be holding a Kitten Shower on Tuesday, May 9th. NHS says during the shower they'll have kitten art, kitten games, 'kitten boxing,' and live kitten videos, amongst other events.
All of the events will be posted on the Nebraska Humane Society's social media pages.
